Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
Almontpool.com Return Policy:
Immediately after processing your Return, Almontpoolcom will send you a 10% off coupon to be used towards your next purchase. We appreciate your business and we want you back!!!
Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Almontpool.com, including any costs and arrangements for shipping as well as proof of delivery.
Almontpool.com charges a flat 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
Returns are Easy!
If you decide to return an item, just follow these simple steps:
Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numberby emailing us at: sales@alontpool.com
We will respond with the RMA# and the location that the product should be returned to.
We recommend using a reputable carrier, capable of providing proof of delivery, insurance, and tracking in order to assure that your item is received in the best possible condition.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA #. Other restrictions may apply.
Please allow 5-7 business days after we have received your item to receive your credit. Please note it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Credits:
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees) the items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit will be sent.
Most of our products are offered with "Free Shipping". If you return a product that has free shipping our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. "Free Shipping" only applies when you keep the item.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.
IIf a product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Defective or damaged items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at 866-798-7730 so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.
Holiday returns:
In order to make your holiday shopping a little easier and convenient, any item purchased from Almontpool .com between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 may be returned until January 31, 2009.
Items must still meet the above criteria.
